Scheduling, pricing, and payment for any cleaning service are agreed directly between you and us, by phone or email, once we've discussed your requirements.
When you submit the quote request form, please provide accurate and complete information so we can respond properly. Quotes provided in response are estimates based on the details you give us; the final price may be confirmed once we understand the full scope of work, for example after a property visit.
Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms for a confirmed cleaning service will be agreed with you directly when your booking is arranged. If nothing else has been agreed in writing, we ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Payment for services is arranged directly with you and is not collected through this website. Accepted payment methods and terms will be confirmed at the time your booking is made.
